Golden Outlook Counseling values confidentiality above everything when it comes to its clients. The only time something will leave our sessions without your permission are if:

• there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child

  • I am mandated by state law to report any incidents or suspicions of child abuse

• there is an imminent threat to harm another person which would cause serious harm to that person

  • I am must to report this to local police

​

• there is intent for the client to harm themselves

  • I will work with all clients to ensure safety, however if there is little cooperation, I will take further action to ensure their safety without their permission
